Delivery Timeframe
• For items that are purchased on the website delivery will be made between 24 to 72 hours [ working days]

• For items purchased during a sale the delivery the date for delivery will be announced on our socials. Due to the large number of orders that come through during the sale the 24 to 72 hours of delivery does not apply.
Cancellation
• To cancel your order please WhatsApp 0971634845. With your order number ,names, location ,email [that where used on the website to place the order] ,If the order has already been shipped the shipping costs will be bared by the customer, and 75% will be refunded to the customer
Eligibility for Refund
• We do accept returns of some of the items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Intimate wears can only be returned if we made a mistake on the size (bear in mind that we stock innerwear from different countries, brands, cuts and the material and components of the material could differ.so we will follow the United Kingdom measurements in order to get a size and not what is written on some of the products) or if we made a mistake on the design or color of item delivered without consulting the customer.
• Returns should be initiated within a day of receiving the parcel.
Refund Process
• To initiate a return please contact our customer care team at customercare@valleylilliesjust4u.com
• Provide your order number, receipt and reason/s you would like to return.
• You maybe required to provide photographic evidence of the items
• Once the customer care team confirms the return to be made for their investigations. Kindly return the item/s within 2 working days for Lusaka customers and 7 working days for customers outside Lusaka.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable,
If the return is due to our error on our end ( e.g. incorrect item shipped) we will cove the return shipping costs.
Exclusions
• Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or issue refunds for underwear, lingerie or intimate wear.
• worm or washed items.
• Some items that are usually on sale or prices slashed could have factory faults that being the reason for the price reduction, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Option
• Refund will be made via our mobile numbers {Airtel, Mtn, Celz}. Refunds will be made between 2 to 14 working day. For items that are on sale refunds will be made within 30 days
• Credit store is available {when you do not want the money to be returned back to you, we can keep it for you then any time within a period of 6 months you can get any item equivalent to the amount paid].
• Exchange for another item that is in stock.
